Refund policy

Items that are unworn and unwashed  can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Halfway There does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. 

Items must be in original condition. No clearance items or bodysuits will be accepted.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order number. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@halfwaytherefitness.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. To re-iterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS PROCESS

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Once your items have been inspected we will issue a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion/sale are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

 

DAMAGES and ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the correction.

 

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
