Posing Sessions are an hour long, We practice mandatory poses, quarter turns, and posing routines.
Jas is great at making her clients feel comfortable when presenting their physique on stage. I have competed in 5 bodybuilding competitions since 2020 and she has worked with me on posing for every show. Not only does she make sure my mandatory poses look their best, but she also choreographs my posing routine/presentation. She has several years of experience as a competitor and Posing Coach. I look forward to working with her in the future.
