I love my trainer Jaz, she starts you off with a food list, and give you notes on preparation and how to stay on track, her workouts are specifically tailored for toning and weight loss, she interacts with the group daily, you can asks her questions and she responds to you quickly..even though I do the group training she is just like having an personal trainer..if you serious about getting in shape and dropping or just toning..come and join the team..you will have no regrets..
I’ve trained with others before in the past but Jas is the best I’ve ever had! She’s very knowledgeable which helps me to better understand my own goals. Not only is the coach great and motivating the ladies in the group are as well! Everyone make it so easy to be around and push together.
This class is amazing and a great support system while on my weight loss journey. My trainer Jas is amazing as well, her workout routines are challenging but rewarding as well. I am averaging losing 2lbs a week by going to her classes and following Halfway There Fitness meal guide. She is so encouraging and knowledgeable which also assists with her clients reaching their goals! She is also a sweet and compassionate trainer that want to see her clients reach their goals! I will definitely refer people to Jas and Halfway There Fitness. 10/10
